应该是说 没有 D: \ xampp \ tmp 这个目录吧 
我在D: \ xampp 下面建一个目录就可以了吧  就不会再报错了吧
但是为了防止和其它的drupal系统冲突 我就 另外建了一个 目录 
我在 http://my.drupal7study2.com/admin/config/media/file-system 
看到  临时目录
