方法一：运行打开法

　　1.按下“windows徽标键+R”，打开“运行”程序窗口。

　　2.在打开的运行界面中，输入“powershell”，并点击“确定”，如图1所示：

　　3.此时，出现powershell.exe界面，如图2所示：

　　方法二：附件打开法

　　“开始”菜单→选择“所有程序”→选择“附件”→选择“Windows PowerShell”文件夹→鼠标左键点击出现的“Windows PowerShell”程序，就可以打开Windows PowerShell程序了。如图3所示。

　　方法三：搜索框打开法

　　“开始”菜单→在搜索框中输入“Windows PowerShell”→鼠标左键点击出现的“Windows PowerShell”程序，出现Windows PowerShell程序运行界面，如图4所示：

　　【温馨提示】在win7和Windows Server 2008 R2中，可以使用任务并以 Administrator 帐户的全部特权启动 Windows PowerShell 窗口。而其他版本的操作系统想要用管理员特权启动Windows PowerShell就需要手动来操作了。
